French bistro tucked away in Central London. The venue is a small split-level space, with a cocktail lounge in the basement. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brigade. The menu, put together by our Head Chef, would appeal to anyone who is keen on experiencing a delicious fusion of modern French and European delights, in the heart of London. We work directly with farmers to secure the best products available.

- Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
- Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs.
- Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
- Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for food.
