We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brigade. The menu, put together by our Head Chef, would appeal to anyone who is keen on experiencing a delicious fusion of modern French and European delights, in the heart of London.   • Candidates will ideally have previous experience working as a Sous Chef.
  • Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs.
  • Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food.
