Our restaurant in Central London that combines inspired signature dishes with sophisticated design, all in a uniquely Nordic style. We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our brigade. A full kitchen brigade of 15 Chefs cooking for 150 covers per service. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. We work directly with farmers to secure the best products available. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future. 
Holidays per annum: 28 Days   Shifts per week: 7   Days off per week: 2
The Chef
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. 
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. 
  • Take charge of the mise en place and stock control of your section.
  • You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills. 
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Be able to remain calm during high-pressure services.
