Our very busy, one AA Rosette Restaurant located in Central London, is part of a well-known Restaurant group. We are currently recruiting for chefs at all levels. The Executive Head Chef is one of London’s elite Chefs and has a long and extensive background working in Michelin star restaurants. Working only with the freshest products available in the market creating modern Spanish cuisine. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future.
Job type
Permanent full-time, 45 hour work week ( overtime if needed ), 28 days holiday
You must
be hard working and dedicated, flexible with your working hours, fully understand all health and safety requirements and able to work in a team
Salary’s
Commis Chefs- £19 000 - £20 000
Demi Chefs - £ 21 000 - £ 22 000
Chef de Parties - £ 23 000 - £ 25 000
Senior Chef de Parties - £ 26 000 - £ 28 000
Sous Chefs - £ 30 000 - £ 35 000

POSITION: JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Our very famous and popular Gastropub in West London has an excellent reputation for our food and service. We are looking for a Sous Chef that can lead a kitchen brigade of 8 Chefs cooking for 40+ covers per service and works well under pressure. You will be taking over the duties of the Head Chef in his absence, creating and producing outstanding Modern Britsh cuisine using only the finest and freshest ingredients in the market. Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years previous experience working as a Senior Chef De Partie. 

The Chef:

* Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. 

* Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 

* Have a good command of the menu and the ingredients required.

* Organise menu tastings with the FOH on a daily basis. 

* You will be in charge of organising all HACCP training courses.

* Maintain strict health, safety and food hygiene standards.

* Taking over the duties of the head chef in his absence, creating new menus, ordering, stock control, etc.

* Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen.

POSITION: DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

We are currently recruiting for 2 AA Rosette Restaurant in East London. We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Demi Chef De Partie to join our team of 12 young and talented Chefs. You will need to work well under pressure while cooking for 80+ covers lunch and 50+ covers dinner. For any new and passionate Chef, this is the perfect opportunity to start his or her career in London. 

The Chef:

* Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.

* Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. 

* Assist the Head Chef creating new dishes and techniques.

* You must be a dedicated hard worker who wants to learn and develop your skills.

Our high profile 1 Michelin-star restaurant is a luxurious world-renowned destination located in the heart of London. We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, who wants to join a top-level kitchen. A full kitchen brigade of 14 Chefs cooking for 80 covers per service. You will be working under the direction of a Head Chef and an Executive Sous Chef. Working only with the freshest seasonal produce available in the market that helps our team to create a fantastic modern French a la carte menu. It is not an opportunity to be missed as there is a lot of potentials to grow as a Chef in this establishment. 

THE CHEF: 

*You must have experience within a kitchen with at least 3 AA Rosettes and preferably some Michelin star experience as well. 

*Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. 

*Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
