Our very busy, 2AA Rosette Restaurant located in Central London, is part of a well-known Restaurant group. We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our brigade. We work directly with farmers to secure the best produce available, creating classic French cuisine. It is a fantastic opportunity to learn and progress your career in fine dining restaurants. 
The Chef 
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Assist the Head Chef during service to ensure all food preparation and presentation is according to company standards.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. 
  • Run and organise your section and be able to deliver excellent quality food for a busy service. 
  • Take charge of the mise en place and stock control of your section.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • An ability to work well under pressure.

Our popular Basque restaurant in Central London has an excellent reputation for our food and service. We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our brigade. A full kitchen brigade of 5 Chefs cooking for 40 covers per service. You will be creating and producing outstanding Basque cuisine using only the finest and freshest ingredients in the market. 
The Chef 
  • Candidates will ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Have a good command of the menu and the ingredients required.
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Oversee that all staff practice and understand COSHH training on a daily basis.
  • Oversee that all HACCP files are up to date and that the team practice and maintain the kitchen according to HACCP regulations.
