Our 1* Michelin restaurant in Central London combines inspired signature dishes with sophisticated design, all in a uniquely Nordic style. We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our brigade. A full kitchen brigade of 15 Chefs cooking for 150 covers per service. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. We work directly with farmers to secure the best products available. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future.

Holidays per annum: 28 Days   Shifts per week: 7    Days off per week: 2

The Chef

  • You must have experience within a kitchen with at least 2 AA Rosettes. 
  • Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
  • Maintain strict health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food.
