Our very famous and popular Spanish restaurant in Central London has an excellent reputation for our food and service. We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our brigade. You will be taking over the duties from our current Head Chef, creating and producing outstanding Spanish cuisine using only the finest and freshest ingredients on the market. 
The Chef 
  • Candidates will ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Have a good command of the menu and the ingredients required.
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Oversee that all staff practice and understand COSHH training on a daily basis.
  • Oversee that all HACCP files are up to date and that the team practice and maintain the kitchen according to HACCP regulations. 
  • Be able to work all sections and manage a small brigade.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.

PASTRY SOUS CHEF / MICHELIN STAR / BRITISH / £ 35 000

We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join our British 1* Michelin restaurant in Central London. The menu is simple yet carefully created dishes are complemented by a relaxed and attentive service in the comfortable, humble setting. We follow the seasons and take inspiration from the suppliers who put their heart and soul into producing fantastic ingredients for us. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. 
8 Shifts: per week 2 Days off: closed on Sundays
The Chef
  • You must have experience in a kitchen with at least 2 AA Rosettes and preferably some Michelin star experience as well.
  • Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
  • Maintain strict health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food.

A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to be part of a 100-cover restaurant, based in the extremely popular Marylebone High Street area.
Serving, brunch, lunch and dinner, with an estimated 300 covers per day.

We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie as part of the core team. This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie wishing to progress and learn along our highly awarded head chef.

Staff will be fully trained by our team of executive chefs, and they will learn new techniques and methods.
