A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to be part of a 100-cover restaurant, based in the extremely popular Marylebone High Street area. Serving, brunch, lunch and dinner, with an estimated 300 covers per day.
We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef as part of the core team to help overlook the running of the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef wishing to progress and learn alongside our highly awarded head chef.
