Our well established 1 Michelin star restaurant located in Central London, is part of a well-known Restaurant group. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brigade. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. We work directly with farmers to secure the best produce available, creating modern British cuisine. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future.
The Chef
- Candidates will ideally have 3-4 years previous experience working as a Sous Chef.
- Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
- Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs.
- Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
- Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for food.
