British 1* Michelin restaurant, the menu is simple yet carefully created dishes are complemented by a relaxed and attentive service in the comfortable, humble setting. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brigade. You will be working closely with the very talented Head Chef, who has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in London. The owners are looking into expanding the business so hard work and dedication could benefit you in the future.
8 Shifts / 2 days off closed on Sundays. 
The Chef
  • Candidates will ideally have 3-4 years previous experience working as a Sous Chef.
  • Ensuring that food quality and portion control are always in line with company's specifications.
  • Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. 
  • Make sure all menu descriptions are up to date.
  • Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food.
